Cancellation policy for COVID-19

We are currently updating our cancellation policy to reflect the most recent developments related to COVID-19 and any official travel or meeting restrictions, suspensions, and quarantine or lockdown measures announced by the Government of Nepal. We aim to offer you as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible.

Effective 1st February 2022, we have implemented the following update to our cancellation policy:

Individual Reservations:

  • For individual guests holding existing reservations up to August 31 2022, we are allowing changes or cancellations without any charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival as long as the changes or cancellations are made in written. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • For guests making any new reservations, we are allowing changes or cancellations without any charges up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival until August 31, 2022. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • Valid for bookings made directly with the hotel/resort, through correspondence to sales@dwarikas.com or reservations@dwarikas.com. Please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservations.
  • All cancellations or changes requests must be made in writing. Cancellations /Amendments will not be accepted until they have been confirmed by The Dwarika’s Group of Hotels & Resort by return email.
  • For guests who booked through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact the respective booking platform for information on their policies.
  • In case of any separate contract for groups or events, the above cancellation policy will not be applicable.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
