In the calm of the early morning, we'll set out on a walk to the iconic Pashupatinath, one of the holiest sites in Hinduism and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 1.5-hour walk takes us through the entire temple complex, home to over 500 shrines and temples, before the crowds arrive, allowing us to experience its peaceful atmosphere.
We will take a beautiful view of one of the most sacred Shiva temples from a plateu, walk the cremation ghats that reflect the cycle of life, hike to the unexplored upper side of the Pashupatinath complex exploring the temple covered hilltop and its forested areas, soaking in the sacred energy of the place. This tranquil morning walk promises to be a spiritual way to start the day.
